SHE LOVES YOU! a concert and multi-media experience recreating the music and era of The Beatles – performed live by former Beatlemania band members – will make its St. Louis premiere in the intimately distinctive setting of the The Playhouse at Westport Plaza October 15, for a limited 12 week engagement. SHE LOVES YOU! will take audiences back to the sights and sounds of the era of love, rebellion and music of the 1960’s with a live musical performance of 30 of the “Fab Four’s” greatest hits.In addition, a showcase of audio and visual multi-media including classic television footage, vintage newsreel clips, retro commercials and bits from variety shows provides the ultimate retrospective of the America during this revolutionary time. Local fans may remember August 21, 1966 when The Beatles played at Busch Stadium.It was very close to their last concert performed before a paying audience. St. Louisans today still recall the historic event. The Playhouse production will be looking for any attendees from that special night at Busch. SHE LOVES YOU!is guaranteed to entertain audiences of all ages and audience members are encouraged to dress in their best ‘60’s attire.
